Site of technology TAMA website (hereafter “this site”) is managed and operated either by the Tokyo Small Business Center (hereafter “Kosha”) or a representative thereof. Please use this site only after reading and agreeing to the following terms of use.

About Site of technology TAMA

The purpose of this website is to promote business advancement and cooperation among businesses in the Tama Region through a database and website which provides technological, product, and other related information held by small businesses and similar entities in that region.

  1. Changes in Terms of Use
    1. Kosha shall have the right to change the terms of use at any time without the consent of users. Users shall agree to this policy. Furthermore, such revised terms of use shall become effective when Kosha posts the terms on Site of technology TAMA.
    2. Kosha shall not be held responsible for compensation or any other liabilities in the event that changes in the terms of use become detrimental to users.
  2. Copyright
    1. Users are not allowed to use any data, information, text, statements, images, or similar property acquired through this service for duplication, sales, and/or publishing purposes other than for private use which is allowed by copyright law.
    2. Users may not direct third parties to violate the terms listed in the preceding paragraph.
  3. User Conduct (Prohibited Uses)
    1. Acts which violate or may violate the intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks of Kosha or other parties.
    2. Acts which violate or may violate the property rights, privacy rights, or image rights of other parties.
    3. Acts of discrimination or slander towards other parties; acts which harm the reputation or trust of other parties.
    4. Acts which are connected or may be connected with crimes such as fraud.
    5. Transmission or display of obscene images, child pornography, images depicting child abuse, related text, etc.
    6. Altering or erasing information belonging to Kosha or other parties which is accessible through this service.
    7. Use of this service under the false identity of another party.
    8. Transmission of harmful computer programs, etc. Acts which place other parties at risk of receiving such transmissions.
    9. Pre-election campaigning, election campaigning, or similar acts. Acts which violate the Public Offices Election Law.
    10. Transmission of electronic mail containing information such as advertisements, publicity notices, and solicitations which disturb other parties or the transmission of electronic mail which may have the same effect (nuisance E mail). Acts which prevent other parties from receiving electronic mail. Starting an E-mail chain letter or responding to and continuing such an E-mail if received.
    11. Accessing third party facilities or service facilities (transmission facilities, computers and other machinery, equipments or software maintained by Kosha in order to provide the service, and collectively referred to as “service facilities” hereafter) without permission, or obstructing or attempting to obstruct the use or management of these facilities.
    12. Obtaining another user's personal information without the consent of the said party or Kosha, or attempting to deceive others into giving up their personal information.
    13. If the user is obliged under the law to make a submission to the competent authorities, apply for a patent or undertake other proceedings and then does not do so, or any other such unlawful activities or attempt thereof.
    14. All other activities in addition to those outlined above 3(a) to 3 (m) which infringe upon the law, the Terms of Use or public order and morals, attempts to disrupt the management and running of this service, actions which may damage the reputation of Kosha or damage the property of Kosha, or which may cause financial loss to Kosha or a third party.
    15. Posting of links to text or data and so on that may be described as any of the above 3 (a) to 3 (n) actions, including those instances in which the poster of the link is not directly responsible for said actions.
    16. Actions pursuant with the actions written in the above items.
    17. Any other actions which Kosha finds inappropriate.
  4. Information Liability Exemption
    1. Kosha shall assume no responsibility whatsoever relating to factors such as the suitability, comprehensiveness, and usefulness of information registered in the database.
    2. Kosha shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for damage, financial loss, and other difficulties resulting from lack of service due to system maintenance or for other reasons.
    3. Kosha shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for damages incurred or damages originating from conflicts between or among third parties resulting from the use of this system.
  5. Link Information
    In principle, links may be freely directed to this site. However, please follow the terms below when creating links to this site. It is not necessary to contact the Tokyo Small Business Center in advance.
    1. Clearly state that the link is to the Tokyo Small Business Center Homepage.
    2. The link address must be http://www.technology-tama.jp/en/index.html.
    3. Your homepage must not display this site using frames, etc.
    4. This site may not be linked to homepages which are offensive to public order and morality or may damage the reputation of Kosha.
